Dele Alli described Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke as \u2018selfish\u2019 after they had an on-pitch argument during Chelsea\u2019s emphatic victory over Everton.<\/p>\n

Mauricio Pochettino\u2019s side blew Everton away at Stamford Bridge on Monday night, with Cole Palmer scoring four goals and a perfect hat-trick in another sublime performance.<\/p>\n

Jackson and Blues academy graduate Alfie Gilchrist also got on the scoresheet as Chelsea\u2019s encouraging run of form continued and Everton returned to Goodison Park empty-handed and demoralised.<\/p>\n

But Chelsea\u2019s superb 6-0 win was somewhat overshadowed by a bizarre argument between team-mates Jackson and Madueke after the hosts were awarded a penalty in the second half.<\/p>\n

The pair argued over who should take the spot-kick and both refused to back down even when Chelsea captain Conor Gallagher grabbed the ball and gave it to designated penalty-taker Palmer.<\/p>\n

Palmer slotted his spot-kick past Jordan Pickford \u2013 becoming the Premier League\u2019s joint-top goalscorer in the process \u2013 but Jackson then refused to celebrate the goal.<\/p>\n

Everton midfielder Dele, who has not featured this season due to personal and injury issues, was critical of both Jackson and Madueke and said they \u2018showed their age\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018I think Pochettino will be really disappointed about it,\u2019 he said on Sky Sports\u2019 Monday Night Football. \u2018The big thing about him is he cares so much about players as people as well and for them to do that is kind of selfish.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018They want to get on the scoresheet \u2013 it\u2019s good that players want to score \u2013 but do it during the game. If you\u2019re not the taker then just step away from the ball.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018I didn\u2019t see them doing it in the last minute against Manchester United when the pressure was on.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2019s clear that Mauricio isn\u2019t happy about it. They\u2019re young players so they will learn from it.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n
