Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes<\/strong> has appeared to commit his long-term future to the club after buying a \u00a34million house in the north-east.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian has been heavily linked with a move away from St James\u2019 Park, with the Magpies walking a financial fair play tightrope.<\/p>\n

While the midfielder is a prized asset at the club, Eddie Howe\u2019s side must cash in on a high profile squad member if they\u2019re to free up cash for their transfer budget. <\/p>\n

Guimaraes has a \u00a3100m release clause in his contract and, should a club trigger that, that would see Newcastle make a \u00a360m profit on the midfielder.<\/p>\n

That could significantly ease the club\u2019s financial headroom but the Sun say the 26-year-old is not interested in leaving the club, despite interest from Arsenal.<\/p>\n
