Former Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs is set to become a dad for third time with his girlfriend Zara Charles.<\/p>\n The 50-year-old and his lingerie model partner, Charles, who have been in a relationship since 2021, are expecting their baby later this year.<\/p>\n Giggs is currently dad to Zach, 17, a midfielder for Sheffield United, and daughter Libby, 19, from his previous marriage to Stacey Cooke.<\/p>\n The ex-Wales international, who had an affair with his brother\u2019s wife during his marriage, divorced in 2017.<\/p>\n Giggs and Charles, who has a daughter from a previous marriage, are said to be \u2018thrilled\u2019 by the news of their new born.<\/p>\n \u2018Ryan was nervous about what his kids would think but they\u2019ve got to know Zara over the last few years and really like her,\u2019 a source told The Sun.<\/p>\n \u2018They\u2019re happy because they know he\u2019s happy. But they\u2019ve joked that he might struggle with the early mornings and lack of sleep.<\/p>\n \u2018Ryan and Zara are thrilled at the prospect of becoming parents again.<\/p>\n \u2018They have a very solid, loving relationship and are building a long-term future together.\u2019<\/p>\n \u2018Stacey approves of Zara. Her and Ryan have been through a lot but they have moved on and she\u2019s only interested in him being happy, because that makes him a good dad to their kids. There is no animosity.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n Giggs stepped down from his role as manager of Wales\u2019 national team in June 2022 before his trial on charges of domestic violence.<\/p>\n The former Manchester United star, who denied all charges, faced a four-week trial after being accused of headbutting his ex-girlfriend Kate Greville during a row.<\/p>\n It was alleged the assault took place at his home in November 2020 after his partner confronted him for being unfaithful.<\/p>\n He was also accused of attacking Greville\u2019s younger sister, Emma, during the same incident in Worsley, Greater Manchester.<\/p>\n The jury was discharged after failing to reach verdicts on any of the charges.
