Astronomers consider this one of the most perfect geometrical forms in our known universe, caused by the formation of an unusual nebula as a star begins to die and cast off its outer layers of material.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-178211\"\/><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.techeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/05094348\/hubble-celestial-spiral-star-ll-pegasi-2.jpg\" alt=\"Hubble Celestial Spiral Star LL Pegasi\" width=\"1280\" height=\"1280\"\/><br \/>What might surprise you is that the material forming this spiral actually moves outward at a speed of about 31,000 miles per hour. What you\u2019re looking at above is basically a bright white foreground star with diffraction spikes shining near the center-right, while to its left, we see a faint blue spiral.
