Manchester United players should not to find any extra motivation for the upcoming FA Cup final, or for any game for that matter, saying every match should be treated as must-win.<\/p>\n<p>The Red Devils are not in good form after a draw at home to Burnley was followed by a 4-0 defeat at Crystal Palace.<\/p>\n<p>Those results have left them eighth in the Premier League table ahead of tough games against Arsenal, Newcastle United and Brighton to complete their league campaign.<\/p>\n<p>After that comes an even more difficult test as they take on Manchester City in the FA Cup final, which could be a dream or nightmare end to the campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Beckham has looked to remind the current Manchester United players that it is on them to be fully motivated at all times, whether it is the huge clash with City or any other contests, taking responsibility for their performances while their manager, Erik ten Hag, is under serious pressure.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018You\u2019d hope that the manager doesn\u2019t have to do much,\u2019 he told talkSPORT on what Erik ten Hag must do to rally his team.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I think that\u2019s the whole point of being a Manchester United player and playing in these big games.<\/p>\n<figure class=\" img-container shareable-item wp-caption\" style=\"max-width:540px\">\n<div class=\"img-wrap\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"540\" same drive.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018That\u2019s what you\u2019d hope any team and any player for Manchester United, go into an FA Cup final with.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I hope the current players can take inspiration
