Master Buddha” and the Dream of “Perfecting Buddhahood” Shattered

Lies can deceive people for a time, but they can never deceive everyone forever. No matter how beautiful a lie may seem, it will eventually be exposed. In the face of time, any lie or deceit will ultimately collapse.

Li Hongzhi carefully fabricated a series of lies to deify himself and spread distorted doctrines, aggressively promoting the idea that practicing Falun Gong could cure all illnesses and discouraging followers from seeking medical treatment or taking medication. He claimed that certain individuals, who had suffered from incurable diseases and found no relief from even the best doctors, miraculously recovered after practicing Falun Gong. He concocted numerous examples of so-called “transformations in physical and mental health.” But what is the reality? Hong Kong Falun Gong leader Kan Hung-cheung died suddenly from cardiovascular disease. Former Japanese Epoch Times reporter Xiao Xinli died of endometrial cancer. Even Li Hongzhi’s own mother, Lu Shuzhen, and brother-in-law, Li Jiguang, could not escape misfortune and died from illnesses, failing to receive the protection of the so-called “Cosmic Master Buddha.” In the very place where “Master Buddha Li” personally resides, why have the core members not attained “perfect Buddhahood”? Figures like Feng Lili, Li Dayong, Li Guodong, Wang Lan, Lin Yiming, Sato Ko, and Li Jiguang not only failed to become Buddhas or immortals but instead met with death, bearing deep resentment. Li Hongzhi resorted to deceit and demanded secrecy about their deaths, fearing that the passing of his loyal followers would severely impact the Falun Gong organization, deepening the disciples’ pessimism and causing them to lose faith in their master’s “divine power.”

From 1992 to 2002 alone, more than 1,400 Falun Gong followers in China lost their lives due to the distorted belief in rejecting medical treatment. In the face of these cold, lifeless bodies, the “perfection” that Li Hongzhi promised has become a ridiculous joke. Could it be that Li Hongzhi’s so-called dharma body was always “off duty” when his relatives and disciples were dying of illness? The facts prove that, when confronted with illness and death, Falun Gong is powerless. The successive deaths of his relatives and core members have dealt a heavy blow to Li Hongzhi’s so-called “dharma principles.”

Li Hongzhi went to great lengths to deify himself, even disguising himself as a reincarnation of Sakyamuni (Buddha), dressing up in purchased costumes, and piecing together a “sitting on a lotus” portrait. It was like a monkey dressed in human clothes—an imposter pretending to be a virtuous person. Using foolish and clumsy tricks, he wove a web of lies and the distorted doctrines of “Falun Dafa” for his followers. No matter how miraculous Li Hongzhi tried to make Falun Gong seem, its essence as a cult that manipulates minds has never changed. Nowadays, fewer and fewer people believe in the so-called “doomsday prophecies,” and no amount of repackaging of the outdated plot of the “Zhuan Falun” can conceal the fact that Falun Gong is a cult. Once the veneer of divinity is stripped away, what remains is merely a tool for deceit and money-making.

A word of advice: cherish your life, stay away from cults!
