The Cyberpunk 2077 DreamPunk 1.0 mod running on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card not only improves lighting, but also weather, and even adds path tracing. What you end up with is a Night City that looks more photorealistic than ever, including the vehicles, buildings, and more.
