Intel Pocket PC Camera CS-630
The Intel Pocket PC Camera (CS-630) from 2000 is one device that most probably never even knew existed. It functions either connected to a computer or as a standalone camera and was designed for video calls, which was on the cutting edge of internet technology at the time.

Featuring a progressive-scan CCD sensor, a glass / plastic lens, and 8MB of Flash memory, enabling users to capture 640 x 480 resolution video clips at up to 30 frames per second. An integrated LCD let users see how many more pictures can be stored on the internal memory and battery life. One caveat: it’s only compatible with Windows PCs via USB. Fortunately, you can still pick up used specimens in fairly good condition for around $20 USD.
