LEGO Art Mona Lisa Set (31213) Officially Unveiled, Has 1,503 Pieces
After months of rumors, the LEGO Art Mona Lisa Set (31213) has been officially unveiled, and it’s set to hit stores on October 1, priced at $99.99 USD. When built, the 1,503 piece set measures over 17 in. (43 cm) high, 11.5 in. (30 cm) wide, and 1.5 in. (4 cm) deep.
In addition to the 3D effect provided by the bricks, the LEGO Art Mona Lisa has also been colorized to accurately reflect the same ones used by da Vinci over 500 years ago, before the paint changed with age. Its drum-lacquered gold, detachable frame can be hung on the wall and displayed alongside other LEGO Art sets.
