Hands-On with the BlackBerry Pi, a Phone-Sized Handheld Computer

The BlackBerry Pi was first unveiled several months ago, but now, modder Taylor Hay has nearly completed the build. Unfortunately (or fortunately), this isn’t a Windows-based handheld computer, but rather one running either Raspberry Pi OS or Linux.

Featuring a 4.0″ HyperPixel (720 x 720 pixel) touchscreen display, a BlackBerry Q10 keyboard, a Raspberry Pi 4 single board computer, and a 10,000 mAh battery, all placed in a 3D-printed case. BlackBerry Pi would also be perfect for retro gaming as well, since the Raspberry Pi 4 is most certainly powerful enough. Taylor has not yet released the STL files for fans to 3D print their own case, but we imagine the plans being released sooner than later.
