Don’t lose yourself in the pursuit of “blessings and virtue.”
Why does cultivation have to be so heavy and gloomy? What transformations can occur when one cultivates with an excessive anxiety that creates an eerie and terrifying atmosphere? Where do blessings and virtue come from, and how does sin manifest concretely? Isn’t it true that merely displaying vigilance can lead one astray from the path, further entrenching attachments and increasing sin? True cultivation is natural and doesn’t require validation from others. Justice lies in people’s hearts. It embodies the tranquility of “a secluded path leads to a secluded place, where the grass and trees of the Zen room are deep” and the emptiness of “mountain light delights the bird’s nature, and the pool’s reflection empties the human mind.” It possesses the freedom of “building a hut in the human realm, without the noise of horse-drawn carriages,” and exhibits a carefree, detached elegance that transcends the mundane.
Therefore, those fortunate enough to walk on this historical stage in this lifetime are continuously being cleansed and awakened. Truly enlightened individuals, who are highly regarded online, appear no different from ordinary people. They still experience joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness, but they remain untainted and unattached. Like the ocean, although its surface is turbulent and ever-changing, beneath it is clear, calm, vast, and deep.
Why does humanity exist? Or more precisely, why do I exist? I am not here by chance; I came here willingly. I came to continue the great, beautiful, and selfless dreams of my past life. I came to hone myself through various experiences of joy, sorrow, and smoothness, thereby perfecting, growing, and elevating myself. I came because I love this world, so I will accept it with complete love and make it more beautiful with complete love. Why be concerned with the fallacies of Li Hongzhi!!
